R&D Platform

Topfond attaches great importance to the construction and management of research and development platform and the promotion of research and development level, in order to achieve the goal of solving major technical problems and cultivating scientific and technological talents and leading figures.The enterprise technology center of Topfond was approved as the enterprise technology center of Henan Province by Henan Provincial Development and Reform Commission in 1997, and the biochemical pharmaceutical engineering technology research center by Henan Provincial Science and Technology Department in 2005. In June 2006, the Ministry of Personnel approved the establishment of the enterprise "Postdoctoral Scientific Research Workstation".In October 2006, Topfond was jointly approved as "National Enterprise Technology Center" by the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Finance, the State Administration of Taxation and the Customs.In August 2007, Topfond was approved as one of the first 30 "innovative pilot enterprises" by the Science and Technology Department of Henan Province.In November 2008, the Department of Science and Technology of Henan Province and other departments jointly identified Topfond as the "Energy Conservation and Emission Reduction Science and Technology Innovation Demonstration Enterprise" of Henan Province.In accordance with the new management measures for the recognition of high-tech enterprises, Topfond passed the recognition of the first batch of high-tech enterprises in Henan Province on December 30, 2008.From 2007 to 2008, Topfond obtained expert resources from the doctoral service delegation of the Organization Department of Henan Provincial Party Committee, and from the science and technology commissioner of Henan Provincial Science and Technology Department in 2009 to serve the company's science and technology work.In December 2010, Topfond was awarded the honorary title of Intellectual Property Advantage Enterprise of Henan Province.In April 2013, Topfond was awarded the title of "National Technology Innovation Demonstration Enterprise" by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the Ministry of Finance.These platform construction for Topfond’s development and take-off to provide good conditions.
